韓国にある삼일공업고등학교（三一工業高等学校、サミル工業高等学校）と本校は姉妹校として連携を行っています。オンラインプログラムはその一つで、互いの文化や科学技術をテーマに交流をしています。

今回は、第１回目の交流として、２０２６年７月６日（月）に日韓姉妹校連携オンラインプログラムを実施しました。日本から連携大使を中心として２４名、韓国からもかけはしプロジェクトのメンバーが参加しました。かけはしプロジェクトは日本語を学び、日本と交流する三一工業高等学校のプロジェクトです。

本校の生徒４～５名と三一工業高等学校の生徒が１つのグループを作り、次の３つのテーマに基づいて情報交換を行いました。

まずは、お互いを知るために自己紹介（名前、趣味、特技など）をしました。次に、それぞれの国の学校生活について紹介しました。行事、部活動、制服、給食など、お互いの国の共通点や相違点が分かり、驚いているようすも見られました。最後に、『SDGsリサイクル』について考えました。グループに分かれ、各国で行っている取り組みを発表しました。同じことに取り組んでいることが分かったり、各国でさまざまな方法に取り組んでいる内容を知ったり、ともにアイデアを出し合い多くの解決方法を見つけていました。地球環境を守るために、今後どのような活動をしたらよいのかを考える貴重な時間になったようです。

本校からの参加生徒の中にはこのプロジェクトを通じて韓国文化に興味をもち、韓国語を学び始めた生徒もいます。今回のオンラインプログラムの中でも、韓国語で会話したり、韓国語のワークシートを使用して交流している場面がありました。

話し合い後の自由交流時間では、昨年度、お互いの学校を訪問した時のバディとゆっくり話をすることができ、交流をさらに深めていました。韓国の参加者には、卒業して大学生になった生徒が顔を見せてくれる場面もあり、思い出を語り合ったり、現在のようすを伝えたりと多くの笑顔が見られました。

前回と同様、このプログラムは日韓姉妹校連携大使が中心となり、生徒が運営を行っています。高校生だからこそできる交流を引き続き推進していきたいと思います。

Our school has established a sister-school partnership with Samil Technical High School in South Korea. The online program is one such initiative, through which we engage in exchanges focused on each other’s cultures and science and technology.

As the first exchange in this series, we held the Korea- Japan Sister School Collaboration Online Program on Monday, July 6, 2026. Twenty-four participants from Japan, led by the collaboration ambassadors, joined the event, along with members of the Kakehashi Project (※Japanese Language Learning Community) from South Korea.

Groups consisting of four to five students from our school and students from Samil Industrial High School were formed to exchange information based on the following three themes.

First, we introduced ourselves (names, hobbies, special skills, etc.) to get to know one another. Next, we talked about school life in our respective countries. We discussed school events, club activities, uniforms, and school lunches, and it was clear that some students were surprised to discover both the similarities and differences between our countries. Finally, we discussed “SDGs and Recycling.” We split into groups and presented the initiatives being carried out in each country. We discovered that we were working on the same issues, learned about the various approaches being taken in different countries, and brainstormed ideas together to find many solutions. It seems to have been a valuable opportunity to think about what kinds of activities we should undertake in the future to protect the global environment.

Among the students participating from our school, there are some who became interested in Korean culture through this project and have started learning Korean. Even during this online program, there were moments when students conversed in Korean and interacted using Korean worksheets.

During the free interaction time following the discussions, students were able to talk at length with the buddies they had met during last year’s mutual school visits, further deepening their bonds. Among the Korean participants, there were even students who had graduated and were now in college; as they shared memories and updates on their current lives, there were many smiles to be seen.

As with the previous program, this initiative is led by the Japan-Korea Sister School Partnership Ambassadors and organized by the students themselves. We hope to continue promoting the kind of exchange that is unique to high school students.
