ASPnet：日韓姉妹校連携 韓国訪問３
Korea-Japan exchange program. We visited South Korea (part3).
本校は韓国のスウォン市にある三一工業高等学校と姉妹校連携を行なっています。今年度は相互訪問をすることが決まっており、まずは本校が韓国を訪問しました。
本プロジェクトでは、日韓姉妹校連携大使および大使補佐として、生徒が計画を立て実行することを大切にしてきました。３日間の韓国訪問プランも生徒たちによる計画です。学校レベルや高校生レベルでできる日韓連携を推進しています。
Our school has established a sister school partnership with Samil Technical High School in Suwon, South Korea. This year, we decided to conduct mutual visits, with our school making the trip to Korea.
In this project, we have emphasized having students plan and execute activities as Korea-Japan Sister School Partnership Ambassadors and Assistant Ambassadors. The three-day visit to Korea was also planned by the students themselves. We are promoting Korea-Japan collaboration at both the school level and the high school student level.
スウォン駅からソウル駅を経由してミョンドン駅に向かいました。列車の電光掲示板には時間の表記がなく、調べた電車と一致しているのか確認するのが難しかったです。
ソウル市の街中です。東京とも似た雰囲気で、高層ビルが多く、さすが首都という感じでした。
【韓国訪問３日目：2025.09.12】
活動内容：スウォン駅→ソウル駅→ミョンドン駅へ移動、ソウル市での研修、ミョンドン駅→金浦空港へ移動、韓国（金浦空港）→日本（羽田空港）へ移動
最終日となる３日目は、明洞周辺を散策しながら研修を進めました。地下鉄の乗り換えが複雑であり、自分たちがもともと立てた計画どおりに移動をするのは難しいと判断し、前日に予定を一部変更して研修を進めました。もともとはキョンボックン（景福宮）に行く予定でしたが、スウォンファソンを十分に堪能することができたので、最終日は歴史的な内容よりも最先端文化の体験を重視することにしました。この日のミッションは韓国の流行を調べることです。
明洞に到着した後は、生徒提案の自由行動を実施しました。行動範囲も安全面を考えながら生徒が決めました。明洞通りの近くにDAISOがあり、そこをランドマークとして周囲をそれぞれ散策しました。
韓国でも日本でも流行しているぬいぐるみを見つけることができたり、三一工業高等学校の友達に教えてもらった韓国で流行しているお菓子を買うことができたり、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
＜生徒感想より＞
明洞は日本の原宿に似ている街並みでした。その中でも違いを比べることができました。あちこちにコスメのお店があり、美容大国と言われる国の文化をそのまま反映しているのだと感じました。コンビニでもキンパ（日本で言う太巻き）が売っていて、本場のものを食べることができました。
病院や教会なども市内のビルの一つになっていて、いろいろなものが混在する独特の文化だと感じました。お土産屋さん通りをちょっと曲がると、地元の方も使うようなスーパーがあり、現地の文化がよくわかりました。また、韓国おでんがあちこちにあり、似ているけれど違う文化についても知ることができました。DAISOには日本のものと韓国のものが混在して売られていて面白かったです。
【Day 3 of Korea Visit: 2025.09.12】
Activities: Traveled from Suwon Station → Seoul Station → Myeongdong Station, Tour through Seoul city, Traveled from Myeongdong Station → Gimpo Airport, Traveled from Korea (Gimpo Airport) → Japan (Haneda Airport)
On the final day, Day 3, we conducted training while exploring the Myeongdong area. Subway transfers proved complex, making it difficult to follow our original plan. We adjusted part of the schedule the previous day to proceed with the training. While we had initially planned to visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, having thoroughly enjoyed Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, we decided to prioritize experiencing cutting-edge culture over historical sites on the final day. The mission for this day was to research Korean trends.
After arriving in Myeongdong, we implemented a free activity period proposed by the students. They decided their own areas of exploration, considering safety. A DAISO store near Myeongdong Street served as a landmark, and each group explored the surrounding area independently.
They found plush toys popular in both Korea and Japan, bought trendy Korean snacks recommended by friends from Samil Technical High School, and enjoyed a fulfilling time.
＜From Student Feedback＞
Myeongdong’s streetscape reminded me of Harajuku in Japan. Yet I could still spot differences between the two. Cosmetics shops dotted the area everywhere, reflecting the culture of a country known as a beauty powerhouse. Even convenience stores sold kimbap (what we call thick rolls in Japan), letting us enjoy the authentic version.
Hospitals and churches were integrated into city buildings, giving me a sense of a unique culture where diverse elements coexist. Just around the corner from souvenir shops, there were supermarkets frequented by locals, offering a glimpse into everyday life. Korean oden stalls were everywhere, letting me explore similar yet distinct cultural expressions. DAISO stores were fascinating, selling both Japanese and Korean products side by side.
ソウル市へ向けて移動。みんなで協力し、現地の方に道を聞いたりしながら電車で移動しました。
ソウル駅到着。韓国の方にとって首都ソウルは政治・経済・文化・教育の全ての中枢を担っている特別な都市だそうです。
ミョンドン（明洞）到着。日本人観光客もたくさんいました。エリアを決めてグループごとに最先端の流行を探しに行きました。
日本で１００円ショップとしておなじみのお店もありました。非常にたくさんの商品がありました。
韓国のアーティストがSNSで紹介したことで流行したキャラクターのぬいぐるみも見つけました。世界的に入手困難な現象になっているようです。
街中から周りを見渡すと、意外と小高い丘がたくさん見えます。自然もたくさんありました。日本と似ているけれど違う、韓国独特の雰囲気を体験することができました。
店員さんに勧められてついつい爆買い。おまけもたくさんつけていただきました。
２泊３日の韓国訪問でしたが、歴史的文化の体験、姉妹校交流、流行を発信し続ける都市の調査など盛りだくさんの内容となりました。
【さいごに】
たった３日間のプランでしたが、訪問団生徒が考えた計画のもと、韓国の文化理解や姉妹校交流がしっかりとできました。今年度は相互訪問を実現することができそうであり、１１月に三一工業高等学校のみなさんが来校することになっています。この日韓姉妹校連携に関するプロジェクトは、引き続き連携大使が中心となって企画・運営をしていく予定です。次の動きとして、韓国からの訪問団を受け入れる準備を進め、精いっぱいおもてなしをしようと思います。
【In Closing】
Though it was only a three-day plan, based on the itinerary devised by the visiting students, we achieved a solid understanding of Korean culture and sister school exchange. This year, we seem poised to realize mutual visits, with students from Samil Technical High School scheduled to visit our school in November. This Korea-Japan sister school collaboration project will continue to be planned and managed primarily by the liaison ambassadors. As the next step, we will prepare to welcome the visiting group from Korea and do our utmost to host them warmly.
