さくらサイエンス招へいプログラム 採択のお知らせ
このたび、大宮北高校が申請した「さくらサイエンス招へいプログラム」が採択されました！
このプログラムは、国立研究開発法人 科学技術振興機構（JST）が主催する国際交流事業で、アジアの青少年を日本に招へいし、科学技術への関心を高めることを目的としています。
今回、本校が招へいするのは、台湾・台北市にある台北市立松山高級中学（Taipei Municipal Song-Shan Senior High School） の生徒7名と引率教諭2名、合計9名です。

『国際交流の目的と期待』
台湾の生徒との交流を通じて、互いの文化や考え方を理解し合い、未来の科学技術を支える国際的な人材の育成を目指しています。
今回のプログラムでは、日本の優れた科学技術を台湾の高校生に紹介し、アジアの若者たちとのつながりを深めます。この交流をきっかけに、台湾の参加者が将来、日本での留学や研究、仕事を考えるようになること（インバウンド）を期待しています。また、本校の生徒にとっても、海外に目を向ける良い機会となり、国際的な視野を広げること（アウトバウンド）につながります。
こうした取り組みにより、国を越えて人材が行き来する「国際的頭脳循環」が進み、日本の科学技術がさらに発展していくことを願っています。
生徒・保護者の皆様には、ぜひこの国際交流の取り組みにご注目いただき、温かいご支援をお願いいたします。

We Got Accepted! Sakura Science Invitation Program
Great news! Omiya Kita High School has been selected for the Sakura Science Invitation Program, run by JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency).
This program invites students from across Asia to visit Japan, learn about science and technology, and connect through international exchange.
This time, we’ll be welcoming 7 students and 2 teachers from
Taipei Municipal Song-Shan Senior High School in Taiwan.

What’s This Exchange All About?
Through this program, our students will get to meet and learn with students from Taiwan.
It’s a great chance to understand each other’s cultures, share ideas, and grow as future global leaders in science and technology.
We’ll also be showing our guests some of Japan’s amazing science and tech.
Hopefully, this experience will inspire them to think about studying, researching, or working in Japan someday (inbound).
At the same time, it’s a great opportunity for our students to start thinking about going abroad in the future (outbound).
By building these connections, we’re helping create a “global brain circulation” — where people and ideas move across borders — and that’s good for everyone’s future in science!
We’re excited to welcome our guests and make this exchange a fun, meaningful experience.
